WooCommerce
online stores

An online store does not sell because it has a “Buy” button. It sells because it is easy for customers to find what they are looking for, understand what they get and complete the purchase without a second thought.

How customers think

Every unnecessary step
costs you orders.

Imagine a shop where products are scattered without order, prices are not displayed, and at the checkout someone asks you to fill in a form with fifteen fields before you can pay. You would walk out. Online this happens every day — the owner just does not see the people leaving, only that sales are low.

Most lost purchases do not happen because the product is expensive or bad. They happen because the customer got stuck somewhere: they could not find the size they needed, the delivery cost was unclear, or at the end they were asked to create an account just to buy one thing.

Three places where customers are most often lost

In search. If customers cannot narrow down the choice by what matters to them — size, colour, price, purpose — they give up before they even see the right product.

On the product page. Poor photos, a one-sentence description and no clear information about stock. Customers do not ask, they leave.

At checkout. Every extra step, mandatory registration or a delivery cost that appears only at the end — this is where carts are most often abandoned.

What the real work is

The hardest part is not
building the store.

I say this openly at the start of every project: the technical setup of the store is the smaller part of the job. The bigger part is preparing the products — photos, descriptions, prices, SKUs, variations, weights for shipping calculation. Nobody can do that part for you, because you know your product range.

What I can do is give you a clear spreadsheet of what is needed for each product and in what order, so you are not lost. When the data is organised, entry goes quickly. When it is not, the project stalls — and that is the most common reason online stores are delayed.

Sales happen on the phone

For most online stores in Serbia, over seventy percent of orders come from phones, often in the evening, from social media. That is why the store is set up and tested on a phone first and only then on a desktop — the opposite of the usual approach.

You need to be able to run your store

Prices change, products sell out, promotions come and go. If you have to call someone for every such change, the store holds you back instead of helping you. That is why after handover you get training: adding products, changing prices and stock, processing orders and tracking sales.

What is included

A store ready
for its first order.

Set up so you can manage it on your own.

01

Catalog and categories

Dividing your range into categories, plus filters that shorten the customer’s path to the product. With a large number of products, this is the most important part of the store.

02

Product page

Photos, description, variations and price, with clear stock information and a visible buy button.

03

Cart and checkout

A checkout reduced to the smallest number of steps, with guest checkout and delivery costs shown in time.

04

Payment and delivery

Setting up cash on delivery, bank transfer or card payment, with rules and delivery cost calculation based on weight or order value.

05

Mobile-friendly

The entire purchase flow is tested on a phone, because that is where most orders come from.

06

Training to run it yourself

I show you how to add products, change prices and stock, create promotions and process orders.

How the process works

From catalog
to first sale.

The biggest part is preparing the products — I help you get organised.

01

Offer analysis

A review of your product range, payment and delivery options and how customers order now. This defines the structure of the future store.

02

Data preparation

You get a spreadsheet with everything needed per product. While you fill it in, I set up the store — the work runs in parallel, not one after the other.

03

Development and setup

Store design, product entry, payment, delivery and tax settings, as well as the emails customers receive after placing an order.

04

Testing and launch

Test orders through the entire purchase flow, checks on phones, then launch and training so you can run it on your own.

Who it is for

For those who already sell
or are just starting.

An online store makes sense with twenty or with two thousand products — what matters is that it is set up properly.

You sell through social media and process every order manually

You have a physical shop and want to expand your sales online

Your current store is slow or customers abandon it at checkout

You want control over prices, stock and promotions without middlemen

You sell through someone else’s platform and pay a commission on every sale

FAQ

What I get
asked most often.

If something is unclear, write to me — I reply the same day.

How long does it take to build an online store?

Usually three to six weeks, but the timeline depends mostly on you — more precisely, on how quickly you prepare the product data. The development itself runs in parallel.

How many products can I have?

Technically there is no limit. The difference is in preparation: with several hundred products, an import from a spreadsheet is used instead of manual entry, and filters become essential.

Can I accept card payments?

Yes. Card payments go through a bank or a payment provider, which requires a separate contract and a commission per transaction. I help with the application and the technical integration, but you sign the contract.

Who enters the products?

Usually you, because you know your range — you get training and a clear spreadsheet of what is needed. If you do not have time, I can take over the entry, but that is charged separately based on the number of products.

What about legal requirements?

The store gets pages with terms of use, payment methods, delivery, returns and a privacy policy. I prepare basic versions, but the final text should be confirmed by someone who knows your industry.

Do I need maintenance?

For an online store I recommend it even more than for a regular website. A store takes payments and customer data, runs non-stop, and every hour of downtime is lost money.
