LaPas
— dog grooming salon

A dog grooming salon got a website with a clear list of services and booking, instead of arranging appointments in social media comments.

Result Owners know which services the salon offers and what a treatment includes before they come

The challenge

Dog owners choose
on trust.

Grooming is not something you entrust to just anyone. Owners want to see what the salon looks like, how the dogs look after a treatment and who works with them. Until then all of that lived only on social media, where posts disappear after a few days.

Appointments were arranged in messages, which meant every booking took a back-and-forth, and some messages went unanswered while a dog was being groomed.

Services that need explaining

Owners often do not know what exactly a treatment includes — whether a bath, nail trimming or ear cleaning is part of it, or only the cut. When that is unclear, they do not ask, they postpone. So the list of services had to be written simply and kept in one place.

The solution

Services in one place,
written simply.

The website clearly states what the salon does — from coat care and bathing to nail trimming — and explains that a grooming schedule is recommended according to the breed and the dog’s needs.

That way owners know what they are getting before they book, so a first visit is not postponed out of uncertainty.

A gallery that builds trust

Photos of the salon and of dogs after a treatment do what no text can — they show the result. It is the part owners look at longest and decide by.

Booking without a back-and-forth

The website has a clear invitation to book, with a phone number that is called in one tap. An appointment is arranged in a single call instead of a string of messages through the day.

What was done

A small website
that does its job.

Three pages, with nothing surplus.

01

List of services

Coat care, bathing, nail trimming and the other treatments, written in the owner’s language.

02

Gallery

Photos of the salon and of dogs after a treatment, as the most convincing proof of quality.

03

Booking

A visible invitation to book with a phone number that is called in one tap from a mobile.

04

Address and directions

The location of the salon clearly stated, so owners know where they are going and how long it takes.

05

Social media

Links to the profiles where the salon posts its daily work, as a complement to the website.

06

Built for the phone

The whole website set up for a small screen, because dog owners almost always arrive on a phone.

How it went

A short project,
clearly set up.

A small website where every page had a clear job.

01

Talking through the services

What the salon does, which treatments owners ask for most and what they want to know before a first visit.

02

Photos and copy

Selecting photos from the salon and preparing short service descriptions.

03

Design and development

A warm, simple look that suits the business, with no crowded pages.

04

Launch and handover

Checks on phone and desktop, then launch and handover of the website.

The result

What the website
makes possible now.

No numbers I cannot back up — only what changed in day-to-day work.

Owners know which services the salon offers and what a treatment includes before they come

An appointment is booked with a one-tap call instead of a back-and-forth

The results of the work sit in a gallery and do not disappear like social media posts

The salon has its own address online, easy to send on and recommend

Fewer questions about the basics, because the answers are on the website

Do you run a salon or a service with bookings?

Tell me what you do and I will suggest a website that cuts down the messaging, not the bookings.
