A licensed occupational safety and health agency got a website that explains a legal obligation in language companies understand and leads them to a request for a quote.
Result A company asking for the first time can read for itself what each obligation involves
The challenge
Occupational safety and health, fire protection and environmental protection are not services anyone buys for pleasure. They are bought because the law requires them, and usually at the moment an inspection appears, a new business partnership starts or someone gets injured at work. A company asking about it for the first time knows neither what exactly it needs nor what it costs.
Without a website, every such enquiry starts from zero — on the phone, explaining the same things at length. And the decision about who gets the job is often made by someone who checks the company online first and calls afterwards.
With a B2B service the client checks more than the price: whether the agency is licensed, how long it has existed and who it has worked with. If they cannot find that within a minute, they move on to the next company in the search results. The website had to answer those questions before anyone picks up the phone.
The solution
The services are split into three clear areas — occupational safety and health, environmental protection and fire protection — so visitors immediately see whether they are in the right place. Each area has its own space and explanation, instead of one long list where everything blurs together.
That split also makes it easier to extend later: when a new service is added, it has somewhere to go without rearranging the whole website.
A company facing a risk assessment for the first time does not know what to expect. So the website explains the collaboration step by step — from assessing the current state, through preventive measures, to monitoring compliance. That removes most of the hesitation before the first call and shortens a conversation that used to take twenty minutes.
There is one clear next step on the website — a request for a quote and a free consultation, available from every page. Visitors do not have to hunt for contact details at the bottom; they get there from any section, at the moment they are convinced they have found the right company.
What was done
From the page structure to sections that cut down the number of questions by phone.
Three services separated into their own sections, so visitors immediately recognise their obligation and read only what applies to them.
A step-by-step section showing what the collaboration looks like, from risk assessment to monitoring compliance.
Years in business, completed projects and number of clients are shown on the homepage, because those are the facts companies look for before calling.
One clear call to action, available from every page, with a free consultation as an entry point with no obligation.
Answers to the questions asked most often by phone, written in language a company owner understands rather than only a specialist.
A privacy policy and the basic legal information, because the website collects enquiries from companies and has to be in order on that side too.
How it went
Most of the time went into turning legal obligations into sentences clients understand.
A review of what the agency does, who its clients are and what they most often ask about on that first call.
A sitemap and suggested copy for each field, which the agency then completed with the technical detail.
The homepage first to set the direction, then the other pages, with feedback along the way instead of at the end.
Checks on all devices, basic SEO settings and handover of the website with the option to make changes independently.
The result
No numbers I cannot back up — only what changed in day-to-day work.
A company asking for the first time can read for itself what each obligation involves
Enquiries arrive through the quote request, with the basic details already filled in
Experience and licences are visible before the first call, not only during the conversation
The website can be sent as a link in a proposal to a larger client, instead of a PDF presentation
New services and texts can be added without rearranging the rest of the website
Client feedback
“From the very start of our collaboration, Zlatko showed a high level of professionalism and a real understanding of our needs. He created a serious, modern and well-organized website that clearly presents our services and expertise. We are especially pleased with his reliability, his advice and the attention he gave to every detail.”
