SevenGaming
— PC gaming lounge

A gaming lounge in Jagodina got a website showing the setups, the hourly prices and the VIP room, so guests arrive already decided.

Result Guests know the setups, the hourly price and the location before they come

The challenge

A guest picks a lounge
in under a minute.

The audience is mostly young people who check everything on their phone, usually right before going out. The questions are always the same: what are the computers like, how much is an hour, is there a VIP room and where exactly are you.

While that is being explained through Instagram messages, some of those guests go to the competition. The website had to answer all of it without a single message.

The hardware is the main argument

In this business a guest does not choose the atmosphere blindly — they choose a setup. If they cannot see what they get for their money, they will assume it is weaker than it is. So the configurations and the equipment went onto the website instead of staying a matter of word of mouth.

The solution

Setups and prices
with nothing hidden.

The website openly shows what you get: the computers and the equipment, the STANDARD and VIP packages and the price per hour. A visitor who sees that no longer asks “how much is it” — they come, or they book.

The same clarity applies to membership and special events, which have their own place on the page instead of being announced only in posts.

The space sells itself in pictures

The gallery shows what the lounge looks like — the lighting, the desks, the VIP room. A guest who has seen that knows what to expect and finds it easier to bring friends, because they can send a link instead of explaining.

Everything works on a phone

Almost all traffic comes from phones, often from Instagram. So the website was set up for the small screen first: prices are readable without zooming, the booking button is within thumb reach and the address opens in a map with one tap.

What was done

Everything a guest asks
before coming.

From the setups to booking, in one place.

01

The setups shown

A page with the computers and equipment, so guests see what they get before they arrive.

02

Price packages

STANDARD and VIP packages with clear prices, no hidden extras and no questions in messages.

03

The VIP room

A separately highlighted offer for guests who want quiet and better hardware, with what the room includes.

04

Gallery of the space

Photos of the lounge, because in this business the atmosphere sells in pictures, not in descriptions.

05

Booking and contact

A booking button available from every page, with the phone number and address opening in one tap.

06

Membership and events

A place for membership and special events, so announcements do not get lost among social media posts.

How it went

From the hardware
to launch.

A quick project, because the content already existed — it only had to be organised.

01

Listing the offer

What the lounge offers, which setups exist and how guests had been booking until then.

02

Photos and prices

Preparing photos of the space and turning the price list into something that reads easily on a phone.

03

Design and development

A dark, gaming look that suits the business, checked for readability on a small screen.

04

Launch and handover

Checks on all devices and handover, with prices and promotions editable by the owner.

The result

What the website
makes possible now.

No numbers I cannot back up — only what changed in day-to-day work.

Guests know the setups, the hourly price and the location before they come

Instead of explaining in messages, one link is sent

The VIP offer is visible all the time, not only when it is posted

Prices and promotions are changed by the owner, without waiting

Booking and calling are within thumb reach, because almost everyone arrives on a phone
